This Site and all intellectual property rights in it (including any Content) are owned by us, our licensors or both. IP rights include copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property of any kind, registered or unregistered.

Your Content: You retain ownership of Content you create, upload or generate using our Services, including Brand DNA, marketing materials and campaigns. By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store and process your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. Creating a Jorar workspace does not transfer ownership of your brand materials, campaign work, uploaded files or generated assets to us.

While no internet service can guarantee absolute security, account information, Brand DNA, workspace files and generated campaign materials are handled according to our Privacy Policy. You should not send us patentable ideas, advertising or marketing suggestions, prototypes or other information outside the product workflows that you regard as confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable ("Unwanted Submissions"). We may use any Unwanted Submissions as we see reasonably fit and free of charge.

Brand information: When you provide brand information, website URLs or upload documents for Brand DNA generation, you represent that you have the right to provide that information. We process that brand information to provide the requested Jorar services and related service improvements.

While we strive to keep the Site accurate, up-to-date and bug free, we cannot promise it always will be. Any reliance on the information here is at your own risk, and we may suspend or terminate operation at any time.

AI-generated content: Our AI services generate content based on algorithms and training data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligent acts or omissions, we will only be liable for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses that happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage.

You agree that you make use of our Services at your own risk, and that they are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
